TECHNICAL OFFICE

Khosro Nikoo Plast industrial group technical and engineering services:

Our engineers and technical staff, with years of experience in design and supervision on modern heating and cooling systems and research, are ready to create underfloor heating and cooling blueprints, supervise underfloor and radiator heating systems execution, carry out final pipe tests, consult in construction design, supervision and execution, U.P.V.C pipes and fittings and cement fibers. This group, with years of experience and research in underfloor heating and cooling implementation and press equipment handling training, is ready to train and grant certifications to interested individuals.

Atapipe underfloor heating system

Underfloor heating is the most pleasant of heating systems. Therefore, it is important to have an efficient underfloor heating system that can satisfy today’s environmental concerns, Atapipe’sunderfloor heating system can conserve 40% more energy. Pipe distance and arrangement and water temperature are the parameters that we will optimize by computer software in the design stage.

How Atapipe underfloor heating system works

In the underfloor heating system, hot water flows through Atapipe pipes. These pipes, arranged in a grid under the floor, propagate heat upward by radiation and convection. Heat transfer and distribution is uniform and constant throughout the building floor due to accurate and calculated pipe installation. In this system the floor will be heated to 29 Celsius degrees and the 60 Celsius degree hot water flowing through the pipes will be provided by the central powerhouse or ground or wall packages.

Atapipe piping system test

Testing is one of the most important tasks that must be carried out after complete installation of the piping system so that we can ensure correct pipe and fitting connection. Please note to use a barometer with a maximum of at least 16 bars and an accuracy of at least 0.1 bar and install it at the lowest point in the piping system.

1-    Preliminary testing: increase system pressure to 15 bars and wait for 30 minutes, the system passes this test if pressure drop does not exceed 0.6 bars and no leakage can be detected.

2-    Give the system a rest for 10 minutes after the first test and raise pressure to 15 bars again and wait for 30 minutes. Here, same as before, everything is ok if pressure drop is less than 0.6 bars and no leakage is detected.

3- Final test: immediately after the preliminary test increase pressure to 15 bars without allowing the system to rest. If pressure drop is less than 0.2 bar after 2 hours and no leakage can be observed the system has passed the final test
